Andrew, the Owner of MegaRhino, began his eCommerce career in 2007. From there he expanded upon his expertise by working with different platforms but transitioned to Amazon because of its growth potential. In 2016, he helped found. Andrew’s combined with his Wake Forest MBA, have set a path for MegaRhino’s success in helping brands charge to the top. He can spot potential quickly and knows how to leverage that potential into real results for our clients. Andrew is steadfast in his vision, he is patient, and doesn't let obstacles sway him from his goal. A true family man, you may also find Andrew on an Eagle Scout camping trip, changing diapers, or hiking up a mountain with his family of six.

Kara heads up our Operations and Account Management teams, ensuring that everyone is aligned toward client satisfaction. Kara delivers conceptual creatives and pulls the team together to make them a reality. Her ability to lead our team while balancing strategy and execution is a sight to behold! When she isn’t strategizing or mentoring the team, you can find Kara busy with her two kids or planning weddings. She also loves trekking and camping in the mountains.

With her extensive experience in customer service and relationship management, Diane is tasked to keep our clients confident and on track with their growth goals. She's always on the ball, ensuring our clients' needs are met, and their expectations are exceeded. In her free time, Diane loves to explore the outdoors and try new restaurants. She is also a big music fan and enjoys attending concerts and festivals.

Anne’s strength lies in her deep understanding of client needs and her strategic approach to problem-solving. No matter how difficult the task, Anne's calm and confident demeanor ensures that clients feel supported and valued every step of the way. Outside of work, Anne is an adventurous foodie, always on the hunt for new flavors and culinary experiences. Her love for food adds a creative twist to her work, helping her bring fresh perspectives to the table.

Marlon is the guy who makes sure that Amazon pays up what it owes. With over 7 years of Amazon experience, he knows where to pull the numbers to protect our clients’ bottom line. He makes sure that accounts and listings alike are in perfect condition. Marlon also supports the team by ensuring that all efforts deliver results. When he’s not analyzing metrics and publishing reports, he’s probably babysitting his 14 dogs and 3 cats, or cheering for his kids in spelling contests and gymnastics.

Kristyl makes the seemingly impossible possible. Coming in from an engineering background, she brings in her expertise in inventory management and solving complex issues.  Kristyl knows the ins and outs of Amazon.  She combines analysis, patience, and persistence in resolving issues. As a full-time mom of two, Kristyl has personal experience maneuvering in rapidly changing and chaotic environments. Her photo shows her wearing her favorite windbreaker for outdoor activities, like running and epic treks.

CT is the glue that holds everything together, seamlessly aligning our operations so the team moves as one. As the Boss's right hand, she handles all the administrative tasks that keep our business running smoothly, allowing the team to focus on strategic growth. With a strong background in writing and HR management, CT ensures everything is in sync, from behind-the-scenes coordination to supporting the team's success. When she's not on her laptop, CT is out exploring the great outdoors. She is often seen on her ATV, helmet on, ready for the next adventure with her fur baby, Panda.

Fred, our Collab Rhino, is the maestro of win-win symphonies. As a Brand Strategist, he doesn't just seek out opportunities; he creates ecosystems where MegaRhino and our partners flourish together. His philosophy? Sustainable partnerships. With Fred at the helm, our collaborators don't just get a service; they embark on a journey of mutual growth and success. Third is our go-to Rhino for automating processes and driving team efficiency. His expertise in business processing and technology gives our brands a significant edge, enabling the creation of a holistic and consistent brand experience on Amazon and beyond. By streamlining workflows and optimizing every aspect of our operations, Third ensures that we deliver top-tier results with maximum efficiency. Outside of work, Third is a dedicated video gamer and a passionate Golden State Warriors fan, bringing the same level of enthusiasm and strategy to both his hobbies and his work. But his true passion is for skyscrapers, those towering monuments of mankind’s architectural genius!
